Refund Policy

Refund Policy :

It is assumed when ordering products from AgriEid the customer has the necessary technical skills to perform assembly and installation or will engage a qualified IT professional to perform such tasks. If a customer is not able to install provided software with technical support from AgriEid a refund will not be applicable.

For goods to be considered for a refund they must be returned within 14 days of purchase and be completely unused. If they cannot be resold the goods will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be made for change of mind.

If the product packaging is damaged in transit but the product (as described and presented in marketing materials) is not significantly damaged when the packaging is removed, a refund will not be applicable.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges, and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Product(s) while in transit to AgriEid.

If you are returning an item, you need to use a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance. You must email the tracking information to AgriEid the same day the item is lodged with your courier so that we can enter the RMA claim into our system.

Refunds will not be provided for delays in estimated shipping times if the cause is beyond our control. We aim to have all orders shipped within estimated time frames and always complete our best efforts to meet customer expectations.

Refunds or credits cannot be claimed for partial product delivery - credits can only apply to the entire order value.

If a customer refuses to accept a delivery and the returned product has no identified faults or major manufacturing defects - no credit or refund is applicable on any part of that order value. 

A restocking / administration fee of up to 15 percent may be applicable for approved returns where the returned product has no identified faults or major manufacturing defects.

Exchange Policy :

We only replace items if they are opened and found to be defective or supplied with incorrect item/s. Please contact us and explain the reason for exchange and request a return authorisation number (RMA).  

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any items in original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you, may vary depending on current stock levels and courier delivery times.

Please note an exchange will not be approved based on a customers change of mind or buyers remorse.

Refunds and exchanges on bundled products that contain multiple items will only apply to the specific item that has an issue or manufacturing failure.
